You know you need an email list.

You know you need to have a welcome/warm-up sequence for new subscribers, and then what?

Well, most autoresponders allow you to move those subscribers who have completed the first sequence to transition to a new sequence.

I mostly move those who have completed the sequence to the general list and send broadcast emails to them (you).

There is a problem with this approach because you and I should segment our email lists only to send relevant emails to the appropriate people.

I get around this by having multiple autoresponders, so subscribers are segmented by a tool.

LeadsLeap has announced today that they have added a nifty feature to their autoresponder, SendSteed.

You can now create an email sequence that begins with the standard warm-up emails, progress onto a series of follow up emails and then loop back to any restart point in the sequence that you choose and skip emails in that sequence that would not be appropriate.

How would you use this?

Let's say that you offer a 5-day email sequence for some training.

At the end of the 5-days, you have several paid offers to put to the subscriber, and you write 40-50 emails over two months or more which get sent once a week or so.

When they have been completed, you then loop back to email number six and run the same emails to the same subscribers.

At the same time, you can broadcast to the whole list with your regular emails or not.

You could send random broadcasts for particular launches or anything else you might like.

This loopback function is real automation at its finest.

This feature will work because very few of your subscribers will open every email, and many will have been removed from that list long before they get the first repeat.

Even if they do recognise an email, it won't matter because your emails are educational, informative, helpful, or amusing.

I'm implementing this tomorrow.

No, that's not procrastination because I'll be doing it as you read this email.

Regards,
Brent.

P.S.  If you think you can use this feature, you can get access to SendSteed here https://go.wm-tips.com/llauto at no cost.
