When a customer buys from you, they become potential recurring buyers.

This is one reason it is important to build a list of all your customer's names and their e-mails. 

They are more likely to buy from you again if they had a good experience buying from you the first time since you are already a trusted figure in their eyes. 

And trust is really something your customers to do not take lightly especially when it comes to online businesses and transactions 

The best thing about email lists is that you can keep making profits from your list for many years to come. 

List building should be that essential and complementary model that can fit into any online business model.

Needless to say, a bigger list is always better.
