1/ Keep a list of articles to write.

For any website, it works best if you do all your research at the beginning. Build up a list of articles you want to write for the blog and keep it in a Google doc or any other document you like. Write them out as questions to be answered.

2/ Research to find your info.

Search for the answers, write them up as if you are talking to a neighbour not as if you are the local expert on the subject.

3/ Write the first sentence around a question.

Again, write as if you have been thinking about this very question and how you found this answer.

4/ Write the solution as a second paragraph.

Bold the paragraph. Answer the question as concisely as you can.

5/ Write 3 - 5 subheadings as supplementary questions.

Each question you start with has supplementary questions that your neighbour might ask. Think about these and write them in as sub-headlines.

6/ Write in the answers for each sub-heading.

No need to bold these. Write the answers out in the same style as the original answer in a simple 3 - 5 sentence paragraph.

7/ Add some images, one at the top and several in the body.

Adding images will pretty up the blog post. You'll need to find some relevant images and scatter them throughout. Make sure the best one is at the top.

Let's examine this system.

These types of blog posts are suitable for filler type content, but they are not your main post or your category posts.

Sites that rank well usually have one massive main post also called a pillar post.

The pillar post will contain as much information as you can gather and will stretch to 3,000 - 5,000 words and might take you several days to put together.

The category posts are smaller and provide excellent coverage of a single category.

Typically these run to about 2,000 to 3,000 words.

Each one of these, and you should have 4 - 7 of them has a link to it from the pillar post.

They link out to the filler posts.

You can readily build a blog with 25 posts on it in a couple of weeks that will rank and keep its ranking.

The best bit?

You won't have to do anything more with this site for months or even years.

Will this help you write more, better content?

Regards,

Brent.

P.S. Combine this content creation system with the backlinks from the sites in this list, and you'll be unstoppable.

You could build one of these types of websites in a month.

Even if you only monetise it with Adsense, you should be able to have 12 sites making money in a year of not very much effort, just a bit of consistency.
