I might have told you this before. 😁

Today has been a real storm of problems.

Firstly, it seemed that yesterday’s email didn’t send.

There were no indications that the email was even queued to send.

But I had a copy of the email in my inbox, wtf?

I checked with a couple of the people I know better who are in the list and yes it did send. 🙄

Ok, this meant that either the autoresponder software had failed or something had gone wrong with the server it was hosted on.

After much testing I have decided that the server must have been ‘restored’ over night to a point before the emails were queued but after they were sent.

That might be wrong but it’s the best I can do at the moment. 🤷‍♀️

Then there is the website of mine which is shut down by the host.

I don’t know why yet and I can’t login to fix whatever the problem is.

Another email autoresponder I use isn’t working.

I can’t see what might be wrong with that one either.

Why tell you all of this?

Well, to let you know that sometimes your day will not go according to plan but you have to shake it off, don’t let it stop you and just keep going.

Tomorrow I may be able to tell if this email has sent correctly which will solve one mystery.

The other autoresponder I’ll just stop using, it’s not very good anyway.

As far as the website goes, tomorrow is another day and I’ll get in touch with the host and sort it out, perhaps.

P.S. One piece of software I don’t have any problems with is Convertkit.

Every email gets sent when it is supposed to, it links with all sorts of other services, when I use the templates for landing pages they look good and allow customisation.

Overall it all works very well.
