One thing that 2020 has done for you is open up a massive market that you can profit from today.

You have probably seen this, and perhaps not realised how big the market is.

Some people working in this market do not have the same skillset as you, but they are making bank.

You might have to do a few uncomfortable things at first, but you can make this gig generate a regular monthly income stream, and you'll be back in your comfort zone pretty quickly.

The market is web work for local businesses.

When you start this gig aim for the small business who can sell online, they need to have products they can ship or deliver.

Their target market is also local in most instances, so you help them identify who their best customer is and how to reach them.

Help them by building a website and an email list, for a fee.

Get a monthly fee for maintaining the website for them, and perhaps manage their emailing and their social media presence.

How much?

That depends on the business. 

You might like to work on a commission basis or a flat fee.

Ask your competition what they charge, make out you are a small business owner, so you get their total fee, but typically the website is $500 to set up and similar per month to maintain.

Copywriters charge $300 or more per email, but you probably won't expect that much to maintain the email list, but $200 per week for 3 - 5 emails per week.

As you can see, you could make a comfortable living from 5 - 10 customers.

Now, some insider stuff.

Because you can point a domain name at a Blogger blog, you can create a website for free that you can sell. 

Maintaining these is easy because there are no updates to do. 

Google looks after all of that and the security.

If you need to you can migrate the Blogger blog to a WordPress site.
