Or any goal you might have. Most people start the year with great expectations, set ambitious resolutions and usually have given up by February 1st. Some hardier souls get further along than that and a really small percentage achieve what they set out to achieve. I used to be like that. My goals were big. I wrote them down with a date to achieve them. I broke them down into smaller goals with dates. I visualised them and read them daily. I failed to achieve any of them. Been there? This works, it's the one part of all the guru motivation training that you are never told. They probably do this themselves but don't fully understand what they do differently. I haven't found this specifically stated in any of those books but it is sort of there as a 'read-between-the-lines' subtext. Anyway, go get this, do it and reach the goals you have set. |
