I love cartoons, and I used to make sure I watched them with my youngest daughter when she was in primary school.

Now I have grandchildren, and we get to watch a lot of cartoons again.

Now I could talk about all the moral messages, the green messages etc. that cartoons indoctrinate out kids with, but that's not the subject of this email.

What I'm going to suggest is you pay attention to the number of people required to create a single cartoon.

Watch the credits as they run through at the end, there is a cast of hundreds of people to produce a 20-minute cartoon.

It can take up to 24,000 frames for each Simpsons episode, and each series takes six months to create, but because they have a whole production line operating they can have a continuous stream of series rolling out.

I'm not suggesting that you change to cartooning. 
 

Apparently, the pay is terrible.
 

What I'm suggesting is that you stop thinking that you have to do every part of your Internet marketing on your own.

You don't have to have a whole team of people behind you, but perhaps you could look at outsourcing the stuff that takes you the longest or that you don't have the skill for or even that you don't enjoy yourself.

Outsourcers don't have to be expensive, start with those on Fiverr, yes there are good and bad in there so you may have to try a few before you get a good one, but that's no different to other forms of outsourcing.

Do the bits you love, get someone else to do the rest.
