All of the auto-blogging tools leave footprints that stand out like Wally on a ski slope to the search engines.
I'm not suggesting that you can't use auto-blogging as a method to get rankings and traffic.
There are better ways than being dead lazy and using a plugin or other tool that others also use.
Auto-blogging is where you set up a blog that adds content automatically and reposts that to social media sites to gain links and visitors.
It takes a little bit of work to set up without software, but once set up, it grows on its own.
The basics are that you use web 2.0 sites as content receivers which have links to your leading site.
The leading blog has all it's new content listed in RSS feed aggregators and all the other sites get their content from the aggregators.
As I said, once this is set up every blog post on your leading site is syndicated to other sites with links to the main post.
Because the RSS aggregators are public sites and have thousands of links on them, there is no footprint there.
Any website can pick up a feed and publish it, but all the published content links to the originating site.
Simples.
Regards,
P.S. This is simple to do. It does take a few days to get all set up because you need accounts at all the different sites, and you need to set up the syndication sites with the RSS feed in.
Once it is complete, it becomes simple and automatic.
You post to your leading site, and the other sites get populated almost immediately.
