Sometimes you let something go, a lover, a job, a lifestyle or even the image you hold of yourself because you finally realise that you are worth more than that.

You can let something go from a position of strength rather than a position of weakness.

Take your past, for instance.

There are things in everyone's past that they are not proud of or they wish they had done better or even that they had done or not done at all.

You could spend all your time running those situations over and over again in your head either replaying it exactly or rewriting it to come out the way you would have preferred.

That will only hold you back from moving forward into the present, let alone the future.

No-one can change the past no matter how hard they try to rewrite their history to match what they wanted or currently want.

Another person will view the same situation very differently to you, and they are no more wrong or right than you are.

The only way to live a fuller life is to learn the lessons of the past and then leave it behind.

Move into the world as it is today with confidence.

Giving up the past allows you to have a future.

Brent.

P.S. I have completed the 5-day review writing course, and the final review is posted here for your viewing pleasure.

I plan to push traffic to this review to test it out, but I'm reasonably happy with it at the moment.

I should also split test it. I'm not quite sure how to split test on the Blogger platform, but I can probably work something out.

Can I recommend the 5-day course?

Absolutely.

It's dirt cheap for the quality of the training and the feedback you can get on your efforts.

If there is anything I didn't like about it, it would be that I couldn't go through it faster.

The training modules are drip-fed to you daily, so you have to go through the steps in order and don't try to circumvent the modules.

Without the drip-feeding, I might have attempted to do all the modules in one or two days.

I'm not sure that I would have got the same benefit from the course if I had done that.

Go here to check it out; it's well worth your time and effort.
