My daughter got off a video meeting with her boss to discover that her two had managed to strip an entire roll of toilet paper into the bowl and attempted to flush it down, several times.

It didn't work, so there was about 10cm of water across the floor of the bathroom, a bowl full of water, and a large mass of soggy paper in the bottom. 😂

When she found out what her friend had to face with her two, she felt quite cheerful.

It was much worse, and no, you don't want to know.

Anyway, enough cheering you up for now.

We have been taking advantage of the pleasant autumn weather to do some garden maintenance and other chores that might have been neglected a bit. 🌹

Of course, the fact that we aren't supposed to leave the property except for shopping, a walk, and any unavoidable things means that we have plenty of time for those things.

We are getting better at video chats and have been catching up with some people whom we would typically visit.

It's quicker this way. 

We've cut down the travel time massively.

It also means I have a bit more time to work on other things, and that's why I forgot to send you an email yesterday.

I was testing some new software, which gave me some trouble setting it up and getting it to run correctly, but I always win, as I keep telling my wife.

Do you always win?

It's just an attitude to a challenge.

If you say you always win, the wins get more frequent until you are telling the truth.

In the early days of me actioning this process, I used to tell people who laughed at me, "I'm telling the truth...in advance." 👍🏻

Words have power, what you say isn't always what you get, but it is what you get more often than not.
