I've been doing my shoulder strengthening exercises with the Thera-Band, cycling on the exercise bike, and decided that I needed to get outside.

Today I had a relatively lazy day, it had been raining overnight, and the track was a bit slippery, so we took it easy.

I didn't have a lot of time as I had a lunch appointment, so we only rode 24km today.

I'm pretty happy with my recovery from the crash, and I'm well on the way to being 100% again.

My goal for this year was to get fit, the crash was a delaying event, but there will always be delaying events with any goal.

I have always thought that this was a tactic of the Universe to test your resolve.

"Here is a roadblock. Do you really want to achieve this goal?"

For many people, any roadblock or failure stops them in their tracks.

Yes, doing something that fails is also a roadblock to your success.

So how do you get around these roadblocks?

You ask yourself this question "what do I have to do to get past this roadblock and keep moving towards my goal?"

Even simpler, "How do I fix this?"

Is that too hard for you?

I doubt it, you're a pretty clever and switched on person, or you wouldn't be reading this.

Regards,
Brent.

P.S. If your roadblock is a belief that you can't write, there are a couple of simple solutions for you.

The first thing is to get some training on crafting a good story.

Britt can help you here. https://go.wm-tips.com/reviews.

The other thing you can do is speak your story and then edit it.

You can do that for free here. https://go.wm-tips.com/otter.
