That's the claim from some "guru's" in the email they sent you to tell you about email being dead. ROTFL. Pick any web 2.0 social media platform, and someone will be touting it as the next best place to get traffic and sales. I don't know about your inbox, but mine gets emails regularly from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. And email is dead because these platforms are taking over? B.S. An email was one of the first communication mediums on what has now become the Internet. Since then, tens of millions of emails have arrived in inboxes worldwide with news about family, friends, business. Good news and bad news have been in those millions of emails, scams, spam and offers to help the wife, son or daughter of some unknown dead Chief avoid paying taxes in their country. All you have to do is provide a bank account for them to deposit the money into, and you'll get a share. Emails from people you have long forgotten, perhaps deliberately, perhaps not. Is email dead? Not likely. Will it eventually die out? Perhaps, but not anytime soon. Should you have an email list if you don't already have one? Why are you even asking that question, Luke?
Regards,
OK, two things for you today. The first thing is a 30-minute challenge. You could have a functioning email list set up with autoresponder emails ready to accept your first subscriber in just 30 minutes for free. Ready to take the challenge? Go here, https://nomad-productions.convertri.com/landing. The second thing is what do you write to these new subscribers once they have completed the autoresponder sequence of 16 emails? You can write whatever you want. It's your list. It works better for you when you can keep your subscribers engaged with you and opening your emails. There is a Kindle book that will give you more ideas to help you with your email content than you can wave a light sabre at. Yes, I am a bit of a Star Wars tragic. When you use the content in this book, the force will be with you, https://amzn.to/3bAyEvf, and the right targets your emails will hit. |
