It seems to me that the things in my life that I have the most regrets about are the things I didn't do, not the things I did do.
That fact tells me that it's far better to take action, even impulsive actions than to sit back and wait.
Can you relate to that?
Some of the decisions I made didn't work out at all well, but I don't regret them as I learned a lot about myself and others.
I also learned a lot about how things really work as opposed to how other people tell you they work.
We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons. — Jim Rohn
I discovered Jim Rohn on a series of audio tapes, remember those? Search on YouTube for him and watch some of his speeches as you may find his straight-shooting way as inspiring as I do.
Back to the reason for this email, other than the fact that it's a daily email. 😁
When you don't have the discipline to take the actions that you know you should, you will have regrets later.
I know some of you are doing what you need to be doing because you email me with your progress, I thank you for your emails, and I'm happy for you.
Feel free to email me with any questions you may have that can help you get through the sticking places.
Regards,
P.S. I was searching the house for a device I know I have when I came across an external H.D. that I had forgotten I had. So, sensibly I plugged it in to find out what was on it, as you do. There is a lot of superseded and useless crap, as you would expect, but I did find several things that I can turn into products. While they are not PLR, the website links are all out of date ( control your links anyone?) and the main website doesn't exist anymore. I can rewrite the content to create a new product with the same ideas as the original. Remember that ideas cannot be copyrighted, just the original document. I'll use the trick I showed you of rewriting a document using one or more of the translation tools and Grammarly to clean up the text. I'll let you know when the process is complete, and I might even give you both documents so you can see how the process works. In the meantime, grab Grammarly for free here. |
