Hustling has nothing to do with success.

Success in any endeavour comes down to any two of three things.

1. A good idea.
2. Execution on that idea.
3. Luck.

I've seen people with poor execution of a good idea strike it lucky and succeed.

I've seen people with great execution of a poor idea get lucky and succeed.

I've also seen people with a poor idea, poor execution but get extrememly lucky and succeed, but that's very rare.

More often than not if you have a good idea and you execute it well you won't need the luck because you'll succeed anyway.

Hustle, going hard, burning the midnight oil etc. have no effect if the idea is crap and you don't get a lucky break.

What you need is a good idea and a good plan to execute it.

When you have those you can just follow the plan and you know the success is coming, it's inevitable.

Ideas are everywhere, we typically call them niches but they are all ideas to create a business.

I've said it before, you don't create a new niche, you create a new twist on an existing niche that you know is profitable.

What most people lack is a good plan to execute on the niche they chose.
