Life is pretty simple: You do some stuff. Most fails. Some works. You do more of what works. If it works big, others quickly copy it. Then you do something else. The trick is in the act of doing something else. – Tom Peters. Tom Peters wrote 'In Search of Excellence', which I read sometime around 1989. This email is not about that book. 😉
It is about doing stuff. 👈🏼 In some ways, the concept of flinging mud against a wall to find out what sticks is part of what we do when starting a new project. The idea is that you put up a bunch of different landing pages with different approaches to your main new niche, even if you have to write out a bunch of lead magnets for each one, I'll give you a tip about that in a minute. By targeting a group of different keywords and tracking the responses, you can quickly find out where you should concentrate your efforts. 🔥
Once you have got that bit checked out you can then test the best of your landing pages against various traffic sources to determine which one of those works best for you. 👏 Now that you have the landing pages, the keywords and the traffic sorted, you can scale that up and start working on conversions and what the product format should be. 🥇 Your customers will tell you what they want, and they will buy what you deliver for them.
OK, where to get your lead magnets. You can use PLR. You can write your own. But, there is a source of excellent lead magnet material that you can get for free, and there is something for every niche. YouTube. Yes, almost all of the videos on YouTube are licensed for you to use in any way you like except claim ownership.
Regards,
P.S. If you use PLR for your lead magnet there is a quick and easy way to make it unique.
Turn it into a video.
It can be quick and easy to do with the right tools. The one I use regularly is Content Samurai, which is in the process of being renamed Vidnami.
You can get a 14-day trial by following this link, it takes so little time to create a video that you could make 30 or more videos in those 14 days without stressing.
You get to keep any videos you make so get in, make a bunch of videos to test with before you pay a cent. |
