Most affiliates fail because they do not put in the time required to learn their craft.

Selling online is a craft, and you can learn it, but you do have to practice the skills you need.

All tradespeople learn their craft with theory and practice over multiple years before they are considered qualified and fit to operate independently.

Very few people understand that marketing online is like that, and you do have to study and practice to get good enough to make a living from what you do.

The junk sellers who promise 1-click riches do not help people grasp this fundamental fact.

If you look at what they do instead of what they say, you'll discover that they make their money mainly from email marketing, not 1-click products.

1-click products are what they sell, not what they do.

Thinking about it seriously, you will understand that if their 1-click products worked as they claim, they wouldn't be launching yet another 1-click product in a week.

Pay attention to what people do, not what they say.

Oh, I nearly forgot. 

Most successful marketers have at least one membership site in their portfolio.

They promote it with nearly every email they send, but it doesn't have to be their property.

Affiliates can also have membership sites in their portfolio that they promote and get the ongoing income from them without creating the monthly content.
