I had an idea about helping all of those WordPress website owners keep their sites current without visiting the sites. I wrote the software, and it worked great. Then WordPress set their software to keep itself current, and my program became obsolete before I sold a single copy. I didn't have a deadline for the delivery of the product. Does it work? Yes, it works superbly, but no one is likely to buy it. Hell, even I don't use it anymore, there are too many other free and easy to use products. I should have started selling it as soon as I had a viable product with full instructions on how to set it up. Then I could have upgraded the product regularly and kept my customers happy. No deadline for delivery = no delivery. That's one reason I write an email 6 days a week. I have a deadline to get today's email completed. I set that deadline for me, it's a discipline thing, and it works. What projects do you have that would benefit from a firm deadline? Set one, mark it on the calendar, set a reminder in your 'phone to keep you on track. The output may not be as polished as you like, but it is always better to have a product out there with a buy button than sitting on your hard drive gathering digital dust. Selling one is better than selling none. Regards,
