Cryptocurrencies are hot right now with the hype behind Bitcoin being played up in the media in a big way. There are many different cryptocurrencies in the market place and many more coming in the new year. The main reason seems to be that people want to get away from the ever-encroaching data collection of Government and big banks. We all can see the writing on the wall for cash and we are being pushed towards a fully cashless society. My biggest issue with that is that every single transaction we make will be fully tracked and I don't trust any of the big corporations or governments to play nice with our data. 1984 is here and it's not the government that is controlling us, it's Google, Facebook, Amazon, the banks and then the government. We have already seen how they manipulate the information they present to us, how they hide things from us that we have a right to know and how they know far more about us than I'm comfortable with. That's where cryptocurrencies come in. Those transactions are not traceable to you personally and they are non-centralised transactions. Up until yesterday, I didn't know how I was going to get involved with this and then I came across something that just might make a massive difference to you and me. Knowing what you know now about how Bitcoin has taken off how would you like to have been able to pick up a 100 or so Bitcoin in the first couple of years before July 2010 when bitcoins went from around USD 0.0008 to USD 0.08 for a single coin? It's currently, I just checked, trading at USD 7,584.98 each coin so buying 100 coins in early 2010 would now be worth USD 758,498.00 and only cost you USD 0.08. Now that's what I call a good ROI. OK, here's the Christmas present. I came across a cryptocurrency that you can get for free, well sort of. It works like this. You allow the company to use some of your computer's resources to use for hash mining. For that, they pay you one coin every so often. The details are on their website and I'll give you the link in a moment. The deal is that you can add their code to any of your web properties, your visitors click to allow the mining to take place on their computer. This earns you coins based on how much mining gets done and how many hashes are found. Don't let the techy stuff get to you, it's simple for you to do. Add the code or install the WordPress plugin and your good to go. You can also do the mining directly on your computer from a web page or a desktop tool (if you use Windows 10). I've let the web page run today for about 5 hours and earnt 76 coins. At this stage, the coins don't have a lot of value but nor did Bitcoin at the start. I'm not saying that these coins will reach the giddy heights of Bitcoin, they may not go anywhere but it costs nothing to try this out. All the details can be found here. Happy mining. Real passive income at no cost. Regards, Brent. P.S. I'll don't know yet if I'll send many emails between now and the new year so if it seems to get quiet don't panic, I'm just enjoying family time. If you want to set your computer up for mining while you're not using it, as I will be, load it up in Chrome. There is a plugin for Chrome called Be Awake. It's pretty cool and prevents your computer from going to sleep which stops the mining working. Have fun, let me know how many coins you earned. Have a great and relaxing Festive season whichever you celebrate. |
