Christchurch police posted a mug shot of Sam Lake, 23, on their Facebook page, asking for help tracking him down.

The brazen New Zealander was wanted for breaching his home detention.

"I need to get a new mug shot", Luke posted back. That got over 3,000 likes.

"Come and see us and we will arrange one at no cost", the cops fired back. Readers liked this over 6,000 times.

"If only they were as good at finding me as they are with comebacks", responded Luke.

The police had the last laugh, they did track him down, and he spent six months in prison.

If Luke has spent his home detention working on his affiliate promotions, he wouldn't have transferred home detention for prison.

Statistically, criminals generate less than unemployment or minimum wage for their life of crime on average.

On average, affiliate marketers generate double the unemployment or minimum wage from their efforts with no risk of jail time.

It's easier and safer.
