Sometimes what you don't see is more important than what you do.

In books, videos, movies, sales pages, blog or Facebook posts and anywhere else there is an exchange of ideas.

It is often the emotion the content stirs up that makes it work.

I have been looking at MC Escher's work recently.

I was introduced to his work many years ago and have always been fascinated by what he does.

Mainly the transformation works where one thing, such as flying ducks, transforms into another, such as fish or ducks flying in the opposite direction.

Some of his optical illusions are also quite fascinating.

Do a search for Escher and find the website with most of his works displayed to see what I mean if you don't already know about him.

Looking through the gallery reminded me of the email I recently read about how people make decisions on emotion and justify with logic.

I'm also reading a book that talks about the same ideas.

I'm kind of inundated by the same concept here.

It's true, though.

For you and me, it means that we need to write to cause the reader to feel something.

Either upset with the status quo or positively towards their future with our help.

After all, you are trying to get them to do something, aren't you?

It may not be to buy from you, it may be to join your email list or like a Facebook post etc.

That's why memes get shared so much, they generally create entertainment, and people like to share those things they find amusing.

Brent.

P.S.  Many people get concerned about their ability to create any income from their efforts online.

  • Sometimes that's a lack of belief in themselves.
  • Sometimes it's that they have tried a few things that didn't work out.
  • Sometimes it's a lack of support from their significant other.
  • Sometimes it's because they think they don't know enough.
  • Sometimes it's because they think they lack the technical skills.

Any or all of these can stop you in your tracks, even though the desire is still there.

They feel that this online make money stuff is not for them.

None of those things is true.

When I first came across Tony Shepherd, I didn't have any online income despite dabbling in the market for years.

Yes, I had made a couple of sales of stuff.

I had a collection of cheques for sums of money that meant it would cost me money to deposit them.

Not what you would call a successful affiliate.

I had no idea what to do about it.

I read a blog post where someone, I don't remember who, was bitching about other people at a seminar who called their customers 'sheeple'.

Another blog post talked about how most of their affiliates didn't make any money despite sending moderate traffic to the offers.

No one was offering training for those poor affiliates who were trying but not succeeding.

Then I came across Tony.

He explains what he does that works.

He sells these PDF reports at a very reasonable price which makes them affordable for anyone.

He is also very approachable, I have had many email discussions with him, and he is always helpful.

You can get access to his knowledge and training here.
