What do they call the person who graduates medical school at the bottom of the class?

They call them "Doctor".

It isn't necessary to be number one to have success.

With all of your promotions and products, you aim for the Plan A result, but you also need to have a Plan B outcome in mind.

That's why I suggest that you need to be always building your email list even as an affiliate.

For me, the email list is Plan A, sales off the back of the landing page are the Plan B part.

Testing traffic sources against landing pages and follow-up products are all you need to do to make an online income.

Time-cost traffic (aka free traffic) vs money-cost traffic (aka paid traffic) requires different landing pages with matching Plan B offers.

Testing affiliate offers is a great way to test a market with little effort on your part.

When you find an offer that converts well with one traffic source, then you create a similar product to sell to them. 100% commissions are always better than 50% commissions.

Your focus should always be on sales.

Improving traffic, improving conversions, and improving the value of your offers are all steps to improving your sales.
