Had a call this morning which took me out of action for the whole day.

As a result, the information that I planned to share with you today is not complete.

Today it’s daily activity towards your goals.

Because that’s the only way to reach your targets.

Setting goals is great, you should do that.

Checking how you are tracking towards them is something you should be doing every month.

The best way to stay on track is to break the goal down to steps you need to take today that will move you towards the goal.

Every month you can then check off if you have taken those steps and if so, how consistently.

That’s really all it takes.
