One advantage of getting older is you no longer care what other people think of you. 😉 You come to realise that the opinion of other people doesn't define you. They don't know what you have been through or what you've done. All they know is what you tell them or what they see right now. Even then they will only know small snippets of what you have done or gone through.
There are only a few opinions that matter. Your opinion of yourself is the first one. The second is your partner or spouse. The third is your children's opinion of you as a parent. And then you may treasure the opinion of your other family, or not. Not all families are supportive ones to be in, so their opinion may not be relevant to you. My wife and I have been fortunate in that we chose good families to be born into, assuming that we had a choice. We both know of other families who were not so good and some that were terrible. 😢 Your past does not have to define your future, as I wrote yesterday, you can leave that behind. Some of you will have been raised in good families, some maybe not so much. Who you are today and who you become tomorrow is your choice to make. It's like being happy. It's a decision and then the follow-up actions that count.
Regards,
P.S. I think I have too many irons in the fire again. One of my most significant failings is that I tend to take on too many projects at the same time. This failing means that I sometimes don't complete projects because something else takes over my time. I can see that I'm repeating that same pattern.
As part of the review training I completed, I posted the final review and now need to send some traffic to it to see how it converts. I have worked out how to do split testing on the Blogger platform and need to add a sign-up form to the site. You should always be building an email list. For the email sign-ups, I need to have an offer that will incentivise them to fill in the form. That's another piece of content to create. Then there are the follow-up emails for that list. None of that is a problem, and it's relatively easy to do.
The issue is that I'm already 3/4 of the way through writing the product I told you about last week, and part way through another project which I wanted to have done before now.
But, as always, there have been disruptions to my workflow. Over the weekend it was the care of the fur grandchild, Monday it was the additional care of one of the other grandchildren, Tuesday it was the care of two of the other grandchildren. Not that I mind having the little ones around, on the contrary. They are great fun, but they do prevent me from working. Fortunately, the work I do these days is all for me so I can change the schedule to suit myself, and I do. At least I get these emails out to you in a mostly timely manner.
I've been talking about writing content, rewriting PLR content and several other subjects to with getting content created and online. Today I'm going to show you where you can get over 10,000 PLR articles and a host of other content for free.
Don't expect that the content will be top-notch.
You will have to rewrite this to make it useable for your main blog or even a book, but remember that the purpose of grabbing PLR content is to take advantage of the research that they have already done. However, even low-quality content is useable in one form or another. Scripts for videos or slideshows come to mind, micro-blogging sites is another place you can use it. Have a look at what's on offer here. |
