We are always told that we have to take action. Rarely are we told that we should take action even if we are not sure how to take that action. It doesn’t matter how much you read, watch or learn about any subject, you don’t know how to do anything until you do it. As with everything we do for the first time, we will do it badly, or at least not as well as we will when we get more practice. Why is it that with Internet Marketing people seem to think they shouldn’t do anything until they can do it “properly”? If you carry that principle to other areas of your life you probably wouldn’t ever walk, you wouldn’t ride a bike or drive a car. I’m sure you can think of many other things you wouldn’t be doing if you waited until you could do it correctly before starting. Why, then, is IM so different? If you have the answer to that could you please email me because I don’t know. What I do know is that every journey starts with a single step, but none of them stops there. Each step requires another step, and another, and another until you finally reach the destination. IM is like that as well. You start somewhere with a result in mind. You keep taking the steps required to reach that result until you get there. How hard is that? A simple step by step process gets you from here, where you are now, to where you want to be. The steps involved in building an IM business are simple: Find a group of people you can serve. Find out what they want. Supply it to them. Of course, there are a bunch of sub-steps involved in that. As you would know, I am an advocate of building an email list so you can control your traffic. One of the steps you’ll have to take is deciding where you want to get your initial traffic from. It makes sense to get the initial traffic from the websites that already have the most traffic. Getting traffic from Google search is difficult and takes time to get to the first page, where the traffic is. If you go through Google paid ads, you could spend a lot of money before you get the right traffic. YouTube is the second-largest source of traffic and is much, much easier to get free traffic from or even paid traffic is cheaper. There is a tool you should be using to help you get traffic from YouTube, Facebook and other sites that allow video. Why this tool? Because it’s the easiest and the fastest way to produce quality videos that I know of. Currently, it’s on special. You owe it to yourself to check it out. Regards, Brent. P.S. You can make videos for training, information sharing, advertising and many more types. You should have a look at all the other ways you can use this tool on their website. |
