The herd are those people who follow the how-tos and instruction videos that are everywhere.

Most people don't need another how-to or set of instructions.

Most people don't get any value from done-for-you sites or activities.

Most people don't get any value from an hour or so on a webinar that is really just a big sales pitch.

And most people have no idea how to escape that cycle of buy, follow, fail; buy, follow, fail that we have all been in at some stage. 📉

Can you guess why people stay on this path until they finally give up and think that it must be them?

It's because the real secret to the success we get shown and aspire to isn't the the reality.

You are never shown that the successful person you are told about as actually worked their butt off for years.  The success you see is the tip of the iceberg of the work and effort put in. 

But that's not what you are told or if you are it's glossed over.

Want to find out how to break away from the herd and start to take control of your own destiny?

The real secret is to follow a process, not a goal.

The way you set this up is to set your goal, then break it down into smaller goals.

So, let's say you want to have a monthly income of $1,000 from a website.

You have decided on the niche and determined that there are sufficient people interested in that niche that you can reach and you know where to find them.

After determining what their main need is you know you can create or find a product to satisfy that need.

The profit from that product is $25, you'll need 40 sales per month to hit your income target, an average of 10 per week.

For the sake of argument we'll go with a 1% conversion rate so you'll need 1,000 visitors per week.

Now you're getting somewhere.

You can now break down the activity you need to put in each day to attract 1,000 visitors to your site.

That's your process and your daily goal.

There will be adjustments along the way but you could run paid ads, you could buy traffic from other sources, you could write articles for your site and others, you could make videos or podcasts, you could build up a Facebook group, you could concentrate on Pinterest or Instagram or any other social media group.

As long as you are consistently doing what needs to be done the results will look after themselves.

It may take a month or two before you can see it working because it can take a while before others see what you are doing and begin visiting your website but it will happen.

Go do it.
