That's the truth right there.

No animals were even involved in the making of this email.

I just wanted to have a strange subject line.

I'm back at the keyboard after four days with limited and poor Internet.

I'm glad that I did manage to queue up some emails, so they maintained the consistency, and I hope that they were interesting for you.

It was an interesting experiment for me to write four emails in one go and not tie them together.

Looking at the open stats, it seems that you read them with about the same frequency as the others I write.

Kangaroo Island is a unique place. Yes, there are kangaroos there, lots of them, so driving around has to be done with care.

Despite that, there are accidents involving them nearly every day.

Mostly fatal for the 'roo and expensive for the driver.

It was fascinating to tour the areas that were burned in the bushfires of 2019 and see how the vegetation has bounced back.

The grass trees, also called yaccas, grow exceedingly slowly, about 0.5cm per year, so when you see one that is 2m tall, you know it is about 400 years old.

After a fire, though, they throw up a flower spike that can be 3m tall on its own.

They do flower at other times but not as prolifically as they do after a fire.

I have photos, but they are not uploaded yet, so you'll have to wait.

I'll let you know when they are available.

Regards,
Brent.

P.S.  As you can see, I wrote this email about everyday things. Nothing special about it, really, just information that you may not know.

You can write the same type of email anytime.

Some of your subscribers will be interested, and some will not.

That happens to be the same with any email you write.

You can spend hours crafting your finest email with the most engaging subject line and, if you're lucky, get a 70% open rate.

This would be exceptional, but it still means that 30% were not impressed enough with your subject line to open your email.

Or, you could spend 20 minutes writing an email about what you did and still get a 70% open rate or not.

It doesn't matter. Your subscribers will open the emails you send based on what's happening in their world, not yours.

So, I'm challenging you today to begin your email list by taking on the 30-minute challenge.

Set up your email list with an included autoresponder and an email sequence in 30-minutes or less. https://go.wm-tips.com/challenge.
