Knowing is not enough; we must apply.

Willing is not enough; we must do. - Goethe

You have undoubtedly heard of the fact that you will fail before you succeed. However, there is, according to research a caveat on that.

No failure means you're not learning anything and more than that indicates you are not learning. So while it is ok to fail, each failure should teach you something.

Some time back, when I was training apprentice technicians, I always started them off by telling them that they were allowed to make mistakes.

After I showed them how to do something, I expected them to get it right most of the time.

When they made a mistake, I would show them again.

If they made the same mistake a second time, I would kick their butt because they clearly weren't paying attention.

Amazingly they never made the same mistake twice.

They did make plenty of mistakes, but they always learned from them.

And so should you.

We all make mistakes, those of us who make the most mistakes grow the fastest.

If you have been on this list for any length of time will have seen me make some beauties.

I try not to repeat mistakes.

I also try to learn from other people's mistakes.

I don't have long enough to make all of them myself.

It helps when other people can make a few for you.

Helps even more if they tell you about them and what they did to get past the mistake or what they did differently.

Would you like to share a few of your mistakes so I can learn from them?

Regards,

Brent

P.S. I'm going to be travelling for the next month beginning Monday so I'm going to queue up a few emails before I go as I can't guarantee that I'll have the time to write them daily.

For now, though you owe it to yourself to check out the training here on creating a passive income being done by someone who has been doing this for at least 10 years.
