I'm a bit of a maths nerd.

Numbers and their relationships fascinate me, but I'm not a mathematician by any stretch of the imagination.

But this one is brilliant.

Whenever you shuffle a deck of cards, the end combination has almost certainly never appeared before.💡

Here is the boring maths bit.

The possible order of a deck of cards is 52! that is 52 factorial.

Factorial means that it is 52x51x50x49x...x2x1 that is every number from 52 to 1 gets multiplied by the result of the previous calculation.

This total is 8 x 10 to the power 67 that is 10 with 67 zeros after it. 👀

Here is the unbelievable part; that number is more than the number of atoms on the Earth

It's also more than the number of seconds since the Big Bang.

Did I hear you say that you can sort the cards by number and suit any time you like?

Of course, you can, but that is only 1 of the total combinations available.

I love that.

What do you think?

Regards,
Brent.

P.S. The mathematics doesn't lie, and you cannot make them lie either.

Not the case with statistics or graphs which can and often used to lie.

Something which doesn't lie are the processes or systems you use to get to the goals you set.

One of the processes you should be following is the daily growth of your email list.

But you need to be doing that the right way and the right way is making sure that you don't get everyone you can on your list.

Lists work best when you have engagement with the people you are emailing.

When they email you back or click on the links, you know they are reading your emails and taking action.

The best training for growing an active list is the training report from Tony Shepherd, see more here.
