If you didn't read that email or you are new, G'Day to the new people, here is a short recap. The concept is simple. More and more people are time poor and listen to audiobooks during their daily commute or while they are doing other things such as gardening etc. The market for audiobooks is growing, and I suspect they will compete with ebooks for market share. You don't need to have different voices for different characters, but it does help to read with feeling. You can create an audiobook from any book that doesn't already have one using your mobile phone if necessary, and the background noise can enhance the story. There are 45+ places to sell your audiobook. If you are multi-lingual, you can record your audiobook in languages other than English which may help sales, and it'll certainly reduce the competition. Another place you can put your audiobook is as a video, less useful for commuters or those listening while doing other activities, but for children's books, with the subtitles, there may be many parents who love you. Gee, I don't know if I should have spelled this out for you. How much competition will I get for this? OK, I trust that you'll take advantage of this and report your successes and failures to me. Regards,
I bought it and read it in a single sitting. I don't disagree with anything she has written, but where she uses different tools to create her emails, I write all of mine directly into Grammarly, https://go.wm-tips.com/grammarly, and then copy-paste them into the autoresponder. Your emails will benefit from her experience with what to do and what not to do. Get her book here. http://trckapp.com/50emailtips |
