Nor the persistence of The Brain and his useless assistant, Pinky, in their attempts to take over the world.

No, my fascination with cartoons is how many people it takes to produce one.

While comic strips in the paper are generally the work of a single individual, cartoons seem to need a cast of hundreds.

OK, maybe not that many. But certainly 20+

Even stupid little shows like "In The Night Garden" or "Thomas the Tank Engine" have large credits lists.

Now I love cartoons and watch them whenever I can, with the grandchildren of course, but I would watch some of them on my own just for fun — Shaun the Sheep, for example.

I would not attempt to create one even though I fully understand that they are just a series of comic strips as slideshows with added audio.

Each frame is a single step towards a result. 

The frames have to be in the proper order, and each frame is an almost clone of the previous one.

With that understanding, I probably could put together the over 10,000 frames to make a 3-minute cartoon and add the required audio, but the time to do that would be over a year working 8/7 (I'm not going to work 24 hours), assuming 20 minutes per frame.

A year for a 3-minute clip before editing.

That's why they have a team of people to do it.

These teams put out 10 - 20 cartoons a year.

What has this got to do with Internet Marketing?

Actually, a lot.

It comes back to the fact that many people get started in IM thinking that they not only can but have to do everything themselves.

This belief is so not true and is so misleading that it's probably the most significant thing causing failure and frustration amongst the whole Internet community.

Russell Brunson, one of the most successful individuals in the Internet Marketing area, started his marketing career being mentored by some of the biggest names in marketing. He now has a massive team behind him as well.

I'm telling you now that you cannot succeed in the world of IM without help.

That's why I built and am still building the Patreon Membership site, so you have a place to get the mentoring or coaching or just plain the help you need to get you on track and keep you on track to achieve whatever you want to achieve.

If you want a nice little tidy $1k per month in residual income, $10k per month in residuals, or build out a full-blown multi-million dollar business, the basic steps are all the same. The rest is just a matter of scale.
