Tomorrow afternoon I am having surgery to repair my collarbone.

With any operation, there is a risk of an awful result.

I expect an excellent result even though I have to go back to square one in the healing process.

I fully expect to write you an email telling you how everything went and why the health-care system in Australia is excellent.

That might not come out the day after the surgery, but it will be as close to that as I can because I don't want you to be concerned.

I'm not concerned as my surgeon has done this operation over 200 times and is nearly as pedantic as I am about doing a job correctly the first time.

Look for another email in a couple of days.

What I am concerned about is the financial state of the world right now.

Regardless of our politicians' rhetoric and the talking heads in the media, the real economy is in dire straits.

The stock market in all western countries is massively over-heated, Bitcoin is further into fantasy land that we have seen before, and it has no underlying substance or value.

To be honest, it scares me.

My super savings are exposed to this bubble, not as much as some, but it's not something you can avoid.

If I were still working and had my money in a retail super account, I would be very, very worried.

Mine is not as exposed as that, but it is still exposed because any crash affects all stock classes.

All the pension funds hold large volumes of stocks, and they are also in real estate, bonds etc.

They all want to ride the market as high as they can to maximise your returns and their profits, but they don't know any better than you do where the top of the market is.

Some will jag it and get out in time, but most won't.

Where does that leave you and me?

Some of you will have to keep working for another ten years or so to keep your heads above water.

Some of you won't be able to do that.

Me?

I'm building my Internet business in two ways.

I'm beginning to build a Kindle book portfolio, and I'll be creating a YouTube channel.

Both platforms allow you to add your content, and they'll drive traffic to help you sell.

You can cross-promote to boost your visitor numbers at both sites.

There is a third way that might be easier for some.

Regards,
Brent.

P.S.  Of course I'm sharing this with you.

This source is full of people who are looking to buy.

They don't come here for any other reason, no it's not Amazon, eBay, Etsy or any of the other sites you may have thought of.

You can put content on this site that you find with a Google search that builds your traffic, and you can then direct them wherever you like.

Simples.
