Money is an unnatural man-made invention.

What about it should make one need to work for it?

As though you must deserve it before getting any.

Let that bullshit go.

It's just money.

People will give it to you in trade for stuff they want

  • It's not an award.
  • It's not a privilege.
  • It's not a prize.
  • It's just paper that's traded for stuff.

It's a waste of time when a man thinks he has to trade away the precious hours of his life trying to "earn" little pieces of paper, doing work he hates, for people he disdains, to buy stuff he doesn't want, to impress people he dislikes.

So don't do that.

Work it out this way.

How much do you want to make per year?

You need to know this to set your goal; you can't aim at smoke, so set an amount.

How much holiday time do you want, in weeks, per year?

Subtract that from 52 then divide the amount you want to make by that number.

That's your weekly income goal.

How many hours per week do you want to work?

Divide your weekly income goal by that number, and you have your hourly rate.

Now you have three options.

  1. Sell a service for that hourly rate.
  2. Sell sufficient products per week without exceeding your work time.
  3. Do a hybrid with some of 1 and some of 2.

Selling services is simpler and can lead to products.

The secret here is to provide more value to the customer than it costs them and deliver it on time.

When you can successfully deliver services on time, you can create templates for your work-flow.

Templating speeds up your delivery and gives you a product to sell.

Start with Fiverr, https://go.wm-tips.com/fiverr, move on to other platforms as your skills improve and charge more.

Brent.

P.S.  You may be thinking that you don't have any skills to sell as a service, but that isn't true.

Because you are reading this email, you have set up an email reading service somewhere.

You have access to a computer, and you probably do web searches.

In short, you are familiar with some aspects of the Internet; not everyone is.

No, you are not an expert on all of it, but that isn't important.

Your customer base will know less than you so you can help them or teach them.

Sometimes you can arbitrage the service and not have to deliver it yourself at all.

This training will help you find, develop or arbitrage the skills you need.
