All of us who are doing anything online are writing or speaking to produce content for readers, watchers or listeners.

That content is produced to affect those who consume it.

Which means that the words you use are important.

You must craft your content with care.

The words you use should be chosen carefully and written for the person who you wish to influence.

This does not mean that you are attempting to manipulate them with evil intent.

No, it means that if the message you are attempting to get across is, in your opinion, of value to them then it is your responsibility to make sure they get the message correctly.

That won't always work of course because people will come to your content in many different states of mind and may not be receptive.

You cannot control that but you can give them the best possible chance to grasp the message by crafting it well.

Learning the art of copywriting will help you to improve your writing skills and there are many videos, blog posts, Facebook groups, ebooks and hard copy books available, many for free, where you can learn the basics.

Then it's a matter of practice.

What better way to spend the Christmas break than begin learning a useful, bankable skill?

Regards,

Brent.

P.S.  Since it's now probably too late for you to join Society11 the next best thing for you to do for yourself over the break, other than get some basic copywriting training under your belt, is to learn how to make great videos fast.

The best tool for that is Content Samurai because it takes a script, which could be a blog post, part of a PLR ebook or written by you, and creates the whole video for you in about 5 minutes.

Complete with video backgrounds, background music and spoken audion of your script with your choice of voice style.

There have been many video tools released during 2019 but none of them matches Content Samurai for ease of use and quality of output.
