Pipe dream or flood?

WTF?

Let me tell you a little story I read some time ago.

You may have seen it yourself, and I'll shorten it for this email.

A town in New Mexico had a problem with getting a reliable water supply, so the local government asked for tenders to supply water to the town.

After all the applications were in, they contracted two companies to supply the water.

The first company bought a tanker truck and started weekly deliveries.

Business boomed, so they added more trucks and began daily deliveries.

Meanwhile, the second company didn't seem to be doing much, but they were building a pipeline.

It took a few months to set everything up, but the tanker water supply company went out of business almost immediately when the second company turned the pumps on.

Internet marketing is a bit like that.

When you start, you do affiliate marketing because you can quickly begin making some income. 

Still, to get that ongoing sustainable business, you'll need to build a more significant asset that keeps providing you with income.

That asset is your email list.

It's the one thing that someone else cannot take away from you as long as you back up your subscriber list.

P.S.  The best way to begin building your email list is to offer something of value to your visitors so they'll subscribe to your list.

A PDF can do the job as long as it provides value to them.

That's the key, though. 

You have to provide them with something of value. 

Your visitors are much more discerning in 2021 and will not give you their real email address for an el-cheapo hack of an outdated PLR product.
